Add Event to NYSTAA’s Calendar

To add an event to NYSTAA’s Calendar of events, please email Caitlin Bauer at
Please include the following when emailing the request to have an event added to the NYSTAA Calendar:
  • Your first and last name
  • Your email address
  • Your telephone number
  • Your college, university, or organization
  • Event title
  • Event date(s)
  • A brief description of the event
If the persons submitting the request is not the contact person for this event, please also include:
  • The event contact person’s name, telephone number, and email address


Please note that for your event information to be promoted through NYSTAA’s Calendar of Events, you must be a member of NYSTAA.
